Two years ago this week (September 2010) a tornado swept through Queens, New York and cut a swath of destruction through the borough.
Cars were crushed by trees, trees which also took down power lines.
Unearthed enormous roots from said trees also overturned sidewalks and
blocked streets, making transportation hazardous and haphazard.
Where were we? Safe at home? No, we were in a doctors office - with
